When I opened the bottle , the first thing I have said has been ” oh my god “. Just opened and already the power of the plumb , raspberry , ripe red fruits notes came out like a river ! But as well as everybody know , these wines need 10/15 minutes to give you back all the best !
Leather , a bit of smoked notes , cloves , red pepper , wooden notes , herbaceous , after a while the red fruits becomes a bit ripe , evolution and develop of the bouquet is amazing ! The palate is warm , but soft , tannin is elegant , fine , smooth but still joyful ( this wine can easily age for 5/8 years more ) , long an long and long after taste where you never finish to enjoy the soul of its aroma . 12% of alcohol content , 70% of Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot , franc and Verdot .
Mineral notes well balanced !
